Who we are

Wholeness Bliss is an upcoming non-governmental and non-political organization that aims to mitigate the effects of mental health and other related problems through social, economic, and health high-impact programs aimed at uplifting the general living standards of Zambians especially adolescents and youths. We long for a well-informed and mental health-conscious society where everyone is able to realize their full potential can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his/her community. The text and call platform

This platform was designed to create a safe non-judgemental and stigma-free platform for anyone in need of someone to talk to on a non-judgemental and confidential level. We are available for a confidential chat for free throughout the month of May.

We promise to keep all the information given to us confidential unless a client consents to participate in the Tell your story to save a life challenge.

When you call us, and you want to remain anonymous to us, please only provide your initials.

However, if your life in danger as in cases where you speak of self-harm or suicide, we might find ways and means to find and refer you to professionals for immidiate attention.

We care about your mental health and value your life.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Contact form submissions are kept for a short period of time for customer service purposes only and are not used for marketing purposes.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
