Self-love and self-esteem are key to satisfaction in life which yields wholeness, bliss and happiness regardless of the many challenges of life.
Individuals with positive self-esteem and self-love have higher chances of being happy in life. They tend to be self-motivated and self-driven. As such, they perform better academically or professionally and in other areas of life. They even make better partners.
Self-esteem is the value you place on yourself while self-love is the appreciation for yourself that grows from actions that support your physical, spiritual and psychological growth.
